Insynth welcomes new head of design to the team

In a world where companies are now judged by the quality of their online presence, a high-performance website is crucial. This is particularly true of companies within building products and construction, as architects and specifiers are spending more time researching products online than ever before.

In the past fifteen to twenty years, we’ve noticed a significant shift in the way businesses operate, and it’s fair to say that a company’s website is a key tool in delivering a strong brand identity (and message). This is particularly true for those operating within the construction space. As competition soars, there’s certainly a need to stand out above the rest.

To help meet this demand, Insynth is proud to welcome our latest member of the team: Head of Design, Louise Urquhart.

About Louise

With a career spanning 15 years in graphic design and web development, Louise brings with her a wealth of passion and experience in improving brand identity.

Louise has designed and built a plethora of websites across a variety of sectors including health, fashion, manufacturing and much more. We’re confident that this experience will help our clients to achieve the same successes of those whom Louise has previously worked with.

Leading brand strategy, Louise is highly skilled at capturing your brand values and presenting them in a way that makes your company stand out amongst your sea of competitors.

In her spare time, Louise is a keen runner and cyclist. Of a weekend, you’ll no doubt see her tackling the impressive hills that her home county, Shropshire, has to offer.

Her experience living in Asia has fuelled Louise’s love for travel and exploring different cultures. This thirst for adventure allows Louise to indulge in another favourite pastime: photography.

When asked how she feels about joining the Team here at Insynth, Louise replied,

“Joining Insynth has been fantastic. I couldn't have wished for a more friendly, supportive group to join. The level of optimism and excitement from the team about what they do is contagious.”

Insynth CEO, Leigh Simpson commented,

"We're experiencing a surge in demand for our innovative, holistic approach to digital marketing, with many leading brands seeking assistance in delivering their brand message effectively during these challenging times. Taking our graphic design and web capabilities to the next level has been a goal for the business for a while, but finding the right person has been tough.

Louise is the full package with a wealth of experience in graphic design, front-end website design and back-end website development. Add that to her project management skills and clear design vision, we know our clients are really going to benefit from working with her."

What Makes A Great Building Products Website?

A successful building products website involves a skilled team that understands the industry. It’s therefore important that your website communicates to the audience you’re trying to capture, whether that’s architects, specifiers, contractors – or other key decision-makers.

Having an in-house designer is a huge step forward for us at Insynth, enabling us to align our client’s website with the great technical content that we already produce.

It’s been great collaborating with Louise on our client’s websites so far. Having someone there to deliver on the wild and wonderful ideas we have is what makes Louise’s presence so powerful.

As more businesses begin the process of ‘bouncing back’ after what’s been a challenging few months, perhaps a website re-design is exactly what you need to ensure your online presence is the best it can be.
