We have an exciting opportunity to join our web design team as a Project Coordinator at our head office in Shifnal, Shropshire.
1) Plan, report and oversee the execution of projects.
2) Take project control of planning, design, development and delivery of new websites, web development jobs, and assorted creative projects.
3) Leading weekly team planning meetings and daily briefings.
4) Organise multiple project schedules
5) Manage project risks, issues, track and escalate issues when required.
6) Keeping clients updated
7) Liaise with Operations, Admin and Sales/Account Management functions across the business.
8) Support the Sales functions in preparing quotes and proposals.
9) Working with graphic designers, web developers, content creators, and marketers.
10) Build strong relationships with our clients and suppliers.
