Insynth Marketing is recruiting for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our team in Telford. This is an opportunity to join a business that is both forward-thinking and proactive which means we'll be looking for the same characteristics in you.
Ideally, you will be AAT Qualified/Part Qualified, or have experience in a busy accounts department. Knowledge of Xero, Excel and Dext Prepare (Receiptbank) is highly desirable.
15-20 hours per month. Hours can be flexible.

- Posting Debits & Credits
- Credit Control
- Raising Payments to Suppliers
- Maintaining purchase ledger
- Reconciling Accounts
- Sales Ledger/Invoicing & Credit Notes
- Petty Cash
- Weekly Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly Cost of Sales Analysis
- Financial Statements and Reports
- Customer Statements
The successful candidate will be outgoing, flexible, and a good team player. With the ability to be highly organised and be able to prioritise workload between general admin tasks and those that need to be completed to deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail are very important.
The successful candidate has to be trustworthy and have integrity as they will be privy to sensitive information.
You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional disposition when dealing with difficult suppliers and customers.
