With two years of experience in front-end web development, you’re looking to move into a fast-paced role, working on multiple projects and increasing your knowledge of cutting-edge website design.
You’ll be a key member of our growing web team, delivering top-class website experiences for our clients. The majority of your time will be spent coding marketing assets, web pages and websites, for our clients, using HTML and CSS. All of this is done on HubSpot’s CMS and WordPress.
You’ll have two years of experience in a front-end developer role. If it’s in an agency, we’ll be more impressed, as you will be familiar with the diverse clients and fast-paced environment.
From those two years, we’re specifically looking for experience with HTML and CSS, and working on some major CMS platforms (eg. WordPress or Drupal).
HubSpot experience is ideal but isn’t essential.
Communication skills. There is a lot of collaboration so you are someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
You’re also keen to learn new trends and opportunities within the industry to try out for our clients.
At the very least, a basic understanding of marketing would be needed as this is at the heart of what we do. Ideally, you love the idea of inbound marketing and Growth-Driven Design.
The only way to stay ahead is to be continuously learning, so that’s why training time is scheduled into every team member’s week and every team member has their own personal training plan.
Everybody in the team has access to a wealth of professional training materials and certifications to complete online.
With 24 days plus statutory holidays, you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and refresh to stay in peak condition to deliver your amazing website projects.
