You’ll be a key member of our growing web team, delivering top-class website experiences for our clients. The majority of your time will be spent coding marketing assets, web pages and websites, for our clients, using HTML and CSS. If it’s in an agency, we’ll be more impressed, as you will be familiar with the diverse clients and fast-paced environment. From those two years, we’re specifically looking for experience with HTML and CSS, and working on some major CMS platforms (eg. WordPress or Drupal). HubSpot experience is ideal but isn’t essential. Communication skills. There is a lot of collaboration so you are someone who enjoys working and communicating with others. You’re also keen to learn new trends and opportunities within the industry to try out for our clients. At the very least, a basic understanding of marketing would be needed as this is at the heart of what we do. Ideally, you love the idea of inbound marketing and Growth-Driven Design.   ## **Personal Development** and time  The only way to stay ahead is to be continuously learning, so that’s why training time is scheduled into every team member’s week and every team member has their own personal training plan.
